Molding Supervisor - Manufacturing

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese Manager / Team Leader

§  Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for a workshop production plan, maintenance plan, lines production rotation, downtime, scraps, sub-material consumption and Human relation, lines productivity and reports
- Be responsible for SAP issues: update data in time, use data to propose operation improvement.

- Deliver training to subordinates for product specifications, machines / dies specifications and lines controls, kaizen, zero defects, QC tools.
- Supervise maintenance activities, material handling activities and control sub-material, spare parts consumption in workshop
- Coordinate with other sections to improve workshop operation and take action to ensure smoothly production
- Take part in establish PFMEA, standards, work instruction, work procedures and processes. Apply ECN, PCN, horizontal expansion activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Graduated from Engineering College/ University

-          Experience: At least 4 years experiences in a manufacturing industry (Molding/ Injection)

-          Language Skills:          Basic English

-          Other requirement:
+ Good knowledge at product’s functions, molding/ injection processes, maintenance processes
+ Be able to analyse and detect defects, problem solving and Measurement instrument operation skills
+ Performance assessment
+ Standards, instructions creation skills 
+ Supervision skill. Knowledge SAP
