§  Work Time:

-          Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00), but available to work on Saturday of overtime as needed; lunch time 12:00~13:00

§  Salary Range: Negotiable depending on candidates’ experience



JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Japanese General Manager and Vietnamese Assistant Engineering Manager

§  Assigned to Sensing Device Operation Center (Products: Camera module for mobile phone)

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Support Mobile product and Device implementation

-          Interface with hardware and software team at customer and support implementation issues

-          Communicate and coordinate needs with engineering teams Factory in Vietnam and overseas in the Japan

-          Assist customer in understanding implementation and requirements for technologies

-          Collaborate and discuss new products and technical approaches with customers

-          Explain performance/ cost tradeoffs of various technologies and approaches

-          Have frequent contact with customers with respect to product development, specific/ technical customer requirements, etc.

-          Coordinate initial phase of new product development with customers and internally

-          Collaborate with customer regarding product requirements (core technologies, features, electrical, physical design), advise customer regarding recommended approaches

-          Utilize support of internal Engineering and Industrial Design teams

-          Obtain project technical specification, parts list, and cost information from internal teams

-          Define features, functions, and requirements and drive approval process internally and with the customer

-          Write the product specification

-          Knowledge of industrial quality standard

-          Knowledge of Quality 8D standard reporting to customer

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: University degree; major in Mechanical or Electronics

-          Language Skills: English communication skills is mandatory

-          More than 3 years worked as a customer relationship (SE or FAE)

-          Technology background to understand other technologies

-          Well understanding of customer relationship

-          Available to work at the factory in VSIP 1 or VSIP 2 by own transportation

-          Mandatory of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, etc.)
