JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing related production management, labor management, personnel training, safety
- Maintenance, productivity improvement / quality improvement
- Manufacturing Relationship Management
- Utilization for aggregating and improving productive data
- Grasping problematic problems and measures for countermeasures
- Planning for reduction of manufacturing cost and improvement measures
- Safety patrol and education within the manufacturing site
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor
- Language Skills: English. Japanese is a plus
- Follow the company's policy, ambitious
- 3 - 4 years experienced in manufacturing management relations
- Knowledge of computer skills
- Passport Required : training in Thai for 3 months
- Candidates who changed jobs under 2 times and not in Hoa Lac District area
