GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: Japanese Speakin - Supervisor – Service
§ Job code: JO-180117-144998
§ Level: Supervisor
§ Contract Term: Permanent
§ Recruitment Reason: Expansion
§ Expected joining date: ASAP
§ Work Location: HCMC
§ Work Time: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
§ Salary Range: Max $600 Gross
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus/ 5% bonus rate based on revenue of the whole branch/ Salary review once per year/ Annual Health Checkup/ Company trip.
§ Benefit(s): Following Vietnamese Law
§ Selection Process: Two rounds
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Director (30s male)
§ Main Tasks:
- Dealing with promotion in supermarket and web advertisement, SNS, etc…
- Plan for sales target and sales strategy.
- Manage housekeeper’s leaders.
- Working with franchise companies, report to Japanese owner of the franchise in Japanese.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Experience and Background:
- Graduated from University/ College, major in Hospitality is preferable.
- Interesting in Sales/ Marketing.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Understand the cleaning process of apartment/hotel/ house is an advantage.
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 20s
- Language Skills: Japanese equivalent to N3 level & English conversational level
- Management skill, hardworking.
