GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: BEAUTY CONSULTANT – COSMETICS
§ Job code: JO-180205-146473

§ Expected joining date: ASAP
§ Work Location: District 3, HCMC
§ Work Time:
- Working on a fixed shift (will be discuss in details during interview) between:
Shift 1 (8:00~16:30)
Shift 2 (9:30~18:00)
Shift 3 (12:00~20:30)
§ Salary Range: Gross 5,500,000 VND per month (plus additional incentive & commission)
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Clinic Supervisor
§ Assigned to Consultant Team with 3-4 consultants per shift
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Recommending services/ products to suit each customer
- Meeting sales targets
- Keeping up to date with new services/ products
- Giving customers a makeover/ advices about skincare, take care skin before and after treatment
- Follow instruction about medical point from doctor
- Monitoring stock levels and re-ordering items
- Keeping records of customers profile
- Handling cash and card payments
- Being computer literate
- Stress management and resolving problems
- Follow up customer by call/ email…
- Work on shift
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Language Skills: English speaking (or Japanese)
- Past industry related or equivalent experience (in cosmetic beauty clinic) preferred
- Ideal candidate must be confident in introducing clinic products & services to clients
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Female
- Age: Any
- Personality: persistent, flexible, courteous
