GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: SALES SUPPORT – MANUFACTURING

§ Work Location: Hanoi
§ Work Time: Mon - Fri (8:00-17:00) (OT will be charged)
§ Salary Range: ~ Gross $450 - $500
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Manager
§ Job Possibilities:
- Make quotation to customers.
- Enter order into internal system.
- Process documents related to Import/ Export for (Non-)EPE customers.
- Update Customers’ information on data-based system.
- Maintain good relationship with Customers.
- Closely contact and cooperate with Warehouse & Forwarder.
- Contact and cooperate with HQ.
- Check inventories of all types monthly and quarterly.
- Process trial, returned goods.
- Prepare materials for Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Report.
- Filing & update internal documents.
- Procure office supplies, equipment maintenance, car arrangement, ticket & hotel booking.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Experience and Background:
- Bachelor degree, preferably Major in Business, International Economics, or related fields
- Excellent commands of English
- Have experience in Domestics Import, Export procedures for EPE transaction
- Have strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Possess a habit of recording, tracking, reviewing & evaluating work progress
- Able to do multi-task and complete the jobs independently under limited guidance
§ Desirable Personality:
- Gender: Female
- Age: Under 26 years old
- Being patient, well-organized, and detail-oriental;
- Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude;
- Can work overtime to meet deadline.
