GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: Japanese Speaking – Merchandiser – Textile

§  Work Location: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, or some other North place

              (Depend on the clients order)

§  Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

§  Salary Range: 700～1,200USD/per month＋allowance

§  Allowance(s): Commuting fee, Factory Commute allowance

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once or twice per year

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Production Manager

§  Assigned to Production Department

§  Main Tasks:

-          Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs;

-          Estimate costs and setting the quality standards;

-          Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;

-          Liaise among different departments to deploy the production effectively;

-          Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;

-          Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;

-          Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality;

-          Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;

-          Aware of all risks and troubles in factory and have proper solutions;

-          Looking for new distributor depending on client demand

 

Job RequirementS

-          Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

-          Language Skills:          Japanese business level (N2 and More)

               English Conversation level (Reading and Writing)

-          Having experienced in Merchandiser or textile

-          Experienced as a Leader is preferable

 

-          Desirable Character:

§  Age: 20’s ～40’s
