GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Work Time:

ü  Monday-Friday (8am-5:30pm)

ü  Saturday: morning 8am-12pm every week

§  Salary Range: Gross 500-800 USD per month (negotiable)

§  Benefit(s): Company Trip and follow law

§  Selection Process: One or Two rounds (face-to-face) and IQ test

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Japanese Branch Manager

§  Assigned to Hanoi Branch

§  Job Responsibilities:

-Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers

-Updates analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.

-Handle all requests from client

-Communicate with client (send emails and call in English).

-Make and check all documents relating to export like invoices and packing lists

-Manage and keep records of client’s procedure documents to make sure it will follow clients’ plan

-Arranging routes and schedules, and confirming the details with carriers

(Booking cargo space with carriers, arranging insurance, calculating weight, volume and cost of goods to be moved)

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Language Skills: English / business level

-          Experience in working in Manufacturing company

-          Be able to make invoice and packing list

-          Be able to handle schedule and daily number of shipments

-          Have a knowledge about import export law (Intercom terms, delivery)

§  Desirable Character:

-          Gender: Female preferable

-          Age: 30s
