§ Position: Call Center Staff – Home appliances

§ Working Location: HCMC
§ Working Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), Saturday: 8:00 -12:00
§ Salary Range: Gross 7,000,000 -10,000,000
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Team leader
§ Main Tasks:
- Meet or exceed monthly conversion targets including new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Promptly respond to all inquiries utilizing email, phone, text and mail as appropriate.
- Assesses lead’s needs and preferences to determine appropriate community and product.
- Schedules appointments for leads at appropriate community.
- Provide information regarding community and surrounding area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: College Degree
- Language Skills: English – conversational level
- Sothern voice
- At least 2 years’ experience in Telesales, or Customer Service
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 24 - 30
- Able to communicate, negotiate with clients.
