GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: HR GA STAFF – CONSUMER GOODS
§ Job code: JO-180308-148827
§ Level: Staff
§ Contract Term: 1-year
§ Recruitment Reason: Replacement
§ Expected joining date: ASAP
§ Work Location: District 3, HCMC
§ Work Time:
- Monday-Friday (8:00~17:45) (45-min break)
§ Salary Range: Gross 8,000,000-10,000,000 VND (negotiable)
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report directly to Vietnamese HR GA Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Handle overall HR & Administration functions: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR report, visa & work permit (if any)
- Assist HR GA Manager in the implementation of policies related to HR, organizational, recruitment & retention
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Language Skills: Good command in spoken and written English is preferred.
- 1-2 years of working experience as HR GA staff
- Experience as C&B staff for manufacturing company is preferred.
- Good skills in MS: Excel/ PowerPoint
- Can work under high pressure
