GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING – PURCHASING - ELECTRONICS
§ Job code: JO-180312-149225

§ Contract Term: Permanent

§ Expected joining date: ASAP
§ Work Location: Bien Hoa Industrial Zone II, Dong Nai Province (Seven company buses travelling from nearby provinces including HCMC)
§ Work Time:
- Monday-Friday (7:30~16:00)
- Saturday (7:30~16:00) every other week
§ Salary Range: Negotiable depends on candidates’ experience & skills
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Assigned to Purchasing Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Build purchasing plan based on production plan, procurement, inventory management
- Procure raw materials, etc. from Vietnam and other countries
- Acquire information on new products and estimate parts and material prices appropriately
- Periodically check the delivery status of the vendor, if there is a problem, deal promptly and ensure production execution
- Cost reduction periodically with business partners based on site/ department policy
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: Proficient in Japanese
- 3 years’ working experience in purchasing department
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, team building, problem solving skills
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Any
- Age: Any
- Personality: hardworking, detailed, proactive
