GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: Customer Service Deputy Manager - Manufacturing

§ Work Location: District 3
§ Work Time:
ü Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
ü Saturday: morning 8am-12pm , off twice per month
§ Salary Range: Gross $900 - $1200
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Manager/BOD
§ Assigned to Customer Service Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Directly report to Senior manager of National manager department
- Responsibility to manage operation of HCM national account team
- Responsibility to take care customers of HCM National account team
- Keep and build relationship with our customer
- Develop new customers (owner, developer, chain shop v.v)
- Coordinate with other department to collect and share project information
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Graduate from University (major: Heat and Refrigeration Engineering)
- Language Skills: Be fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in related industry
- Those with good management skill will be highly preferred
- Computer skill (Word, excel, Power point)
- Friendly, active, patient and detail-oriented
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Ability to work individually and high pressure
