JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement sales / marketing activities to achieve KPI targets of the whole shop
- Build up sales process and sales tools then train for shop members
- Allocate tasks and supervise work of subordinates
- Develop new sales channels for each product lines of the company
- Build up good relationship with all prospects, take good care of them for future business
- Maintain 5S practice to ensure good conditions of the shop
- Conduct weekly and monthly reports on shop operation to be submitted to Board of Management
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): English business level
- Computing: MS Office
- From 3+ years of experience working at similar positions (from Assistant Manager level up) for foreign vehicle brands and/or authorized dealers
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Any
- Age: From 33
