Work time: Monday - Saturday (8:00 - 17:00), Saturday off every other week
Salary range: Gross 600 - 700 USD
Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year

Selection process: One and last round interview with HR Manager, QC Manager and General Manager

Job Description
Report to QC Manager (Vietnamese female, 40s)
Assigned to QC Department
Team size: Around 15 members
Job Responsibilities:
-Bake different kinds of pastry, bread, cakes, cookies, croissants, tarts… using the company’s wheat and flour to check the quality
-Control and store raw materials (baking powder, yeast, cream, eggs…) in right manner
-Follow all regulations on food hygiene according to HACCP and company rules
-Clean up the work station after finishing daily work
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: no need
-Language skill(s): English conversational level (preferable)
-2+ years of relevant work experience
-Able to bake as many kinds of pastry as possible
-Solid knowledge about specifications and technique of different plain flours
Desirable Characters:
-Gender: Any
-Age: Up to 40
