Salary Range: Gross 13,000,000 – 17,000,000 VND /Per Month
Allowance(s): TBA
Bonus and Incentives: Good year-end bonus from business profit

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Director/ Japanese Manager
Manage 2 Admin Staff, 1 IT, 1 Messenger, 2 Drivers, 2 Cleaner & 3 Guard Men
Assigned to GA Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Taking responsible as General admin control for HCM office operation (75 staffs ) + periodically support to Hanoi branch (coordinate with Hanoi GA leader)
-Leading GA HCM Team
-Recruiting upon request
-Consulting BOM & conducting company policies, staff benefit and other personal activities to take care HR
-Supporting Sales & Technical Service on seminar, training, PR activities (budget & purchasing upon regulation)
-Operating daily expensive & promotion activities upon regulation

Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills:English Proficient at communication in both speaking & writing
-Gender: Female
-Age: Any
-Experience: at least 5 years’ experience in same position
-Have lead admin staffs/team in company of medium size (over 30 staffs), not representative office of several persons
-Good office computer skills
