Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
-Manage and lead customers through the evaluation process, answering all technical questions
-Perform pre-sales activities for IT management solutions and software such as help writing technical proposals, solution presentation and demonstration to customers
-Work with prospective customers to understand their business drivers and tailor the optimal solution
-Analyze client requirements and current capabilities to ensure IT management solutions and software will accomplish the customer’s objectives
-Work closely with sales team and responsible for managing channels of sales of IT management solutions and software

Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification: BS/BA degree in IT technical field or equivalent experience
-Language Skills: English communication is required (business level)
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Experience: Minimum 3 years of System Consultant or System Architect (product demonstration, system implementation, etc.)
-Must have actual knowledge and experience of Oracle, SAP
-Have deep technical professional services experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating business software solutions
-A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role
-Strong on presentation skills at pre-sales activities
-Passionate about learning the latest technology
-Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
-Willing to travel for business trip (domestic or international)
Preferable Requirements
-Certificate: PMP Certificate is a plus
-Important plus is on knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics – a line of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software applications
-Preferable of sales skills, customer service skills
Desirable Character:
-Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic, proactive
