Job Description
Report to Deputy Factory Manager
Manage 14 members
Assigned to Manufacturing Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Directly managing, supervising members in department
-Managing manufacturing compliance and checking work progress status in the department.
-Assessing monthly evaluation, annual evaluation and improve it base on gathering data on NG productivity of each machine group.
-Corresponding to the problem arising in the department, the response to the recurrence and implementation.
-Implementing departmental regulations on operational guidelines, operational procedures, training plan ...
-Implementing the Machine Operation Plan
-Managing orders, inventory, replacement tools, oil (Cutting Oil, Lubricating Oil ...).
-Making reports, contacting, discussing with related parts of the parent company in Japan, CEO and other management levels in the company.
-Drafting and correcting problems in the processes related to ISO9001 / 14001, disseminating, updating guiding the related departments in the company.
-Other work will be assigned by the manage

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineer
-Language Skills:Japanese – business level, proficient at communication in work
-Gender: Male
-Age: from 36 years old and above
-Experience: at least 7 years of work for Japanese companies
-Experienced in management of Machinery manufacturing following to 5S, ISO standards

-Hardworking, enthusiastic
