Salary Range: Net 15,000,000 VND / Per Month / Non negotiable
Allowance(s): Petrol (500,000 VND) / Phone (500,000 VND)
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus salary
Benefit(s): Fully paid insurance
Selection Process: Two rounds (face-to-face)

Job Description
Report to Japanese/ Vietnamese Managers
Assigned to Civil Engineering Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise the construction designs
-Oversee the plant works & construction projects
-Work on location at job sites to visually inspect the work being performed
-Perform day-to-day operations as assigned
-Check and report on construction progress
-Inspect on construction materials at job sites
-Coordinate with all departments
-Supervise subcontractors of construction works in accordance to predefined technical specifications
-Other jobs as assigned

Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related majors
-Language Skills: English Business level
-Gender: Male
-Age: 28
-Experience: 3-5 years of working experience in the same position
-Can work under high pressure
-Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
-Good health
Preferable Requirements
-Qualification: Bachelor's degree from HCMC University of Technology preferred
-Able to pay meticulous attention to detail
-Strong analytical, math and problem solving skills
-Strong understanding of building codes, laws and regulations that might affect the projects
Desirable Character:
-Personality: hardworking, proactive, meticulous, strong-willed
