Salary Range: Gross 10,000,000 –12,000,000 VND /Per Month /Non negotiable
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

-18 Annual Leave/Year. Can be exchanged to daily salary if not using out of AL.

-Business trip fee: $20/day for meal. Hotel and flight ticket booked by company.
-Insurance: follow Vietnamese Law

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Manager and Japanese Manager
Assigned to Chemical Dept
Job Responsibility:
-Daily exchange/communicate with local customers/partners and internally with chemicals team and other overseas office to handle shipping documents of chemicals.
-For CNF trade, following up contracts, checking/pushing LCs, handling shipping docs, collecting payment from customers on time.
-For Local trade, issue contract, follow up documentation/executions and cargo delivery
-Input accounting data for Chemicals Department by using SAP system.
-Input the Handling Commission between our Chemicals Dept with other offices.
-Support Sale activities, both CNF and Principal business.
-Report timely to Sales staff and senior managers when problem arising.

Requirements
Desirable Experience and Background:
Essential Requirements:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree.
-Language Skills: English - business level
-Gender: Female
-Age: 22 - 25
-Deeply knowledge of international trade, import – export
-1 year working experience in related field.
Preferable Requirements:
-Qualification: Major in International Trade.
Desirable Personalities:
-Careful, detailed, calm, reliable, enthusiastic, responsibility
