-Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary Range: Gross 550-700 USD /Per Month

Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Department Manager
Job Responsibilities:
-Arranging shipment from origin to destination to ensure customer satisfaction
-Handle all requests from customers
-Booking with airlines and confirm shipments to customers
-Manage daily emails/ phone calls from customers
-Prepare bill of lading and send pre-alert to agents and customers as well
-Cooperate with other team and agent for shipments as pick-up, do customs clearance and other need to meet customer requirement.
-Tracing and update schedule to customers.
-Input data into system properly and on time
-Follow instruction and request from Manager
