Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Production Manager
Assigned to Production Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Communicate and negotiate to Japanese clients, supplier, …
-Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
-Estimate costs and setting the quality standards;
-Liaise among different departments to deploy the production effectively;
-Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
-Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality;
-Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
-Aware of all risks and troubles in factory and have proper solutions;

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Associate's Degrees/ College Degree and above
-Language Skills:English Proficient OR Japanese Proficient at communication
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Experience: At least 1 year experience in Garment/ Textile industries

-Hard-working, enthusiastic
