Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Technical Adviser
Job Responsibilities: Make clear the production process by documentation works and re-arrange the manpower as well as process for cost reduction. This position could be promoted to be Production Manager in the future.
-Study the production process and make the work instructions & production procedures.
-Provide technical assistance to Production members and technicians.
-Assist technicians in handling routine customer issues and its solutions.
-Assist and support technicians in repairing electronic products and items.
-Keep abreast of the technical development, perform tests of improvement, new equipment and machinery.
-Consider to improve the production issues & cost reduction.
-Quantity of subordinates: Around 3.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree with Mechanical Majors
-Language Skills:English Conversational and above
Good communication & report in English or Japanese
-Gender: Male
-Age: From 28 and above
-Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in Production/ Technical position, higher priority for candidates have experience in steel industry.
-Knowledge on ISO 9001/ 14001/16949
Preferable Requirements
-Language Skills:Japanese Conversational level, able communication in Japanese

Desirable Character:
-Leadership, computer and strong communication skills
-Strong and strictly in solving problem
