Salary Range: Gross 600-900 USD /Per Month /Negotiable

Bonus and Incentives: 13th Month bonus/ Performance Review once a year/ Net profit share
Benefit(s): Annual Leave/ Insurance
Selection Process: Two rounds, (via Skype / face-to-face)

Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Director
Assigned to Sales Division.
Job Responsibilities:
-Agreement regardless of corporate or individual and Insurance agency business
-Grasp of customer needs, product proposal and a series of operations until the contract is completed
-Management of customer's contract situation,
-Responding to customers' accidents
-Insurance company correspondence (sales adjustment and accounting management)
-Accounting support (assuming expense payment etc.) and Contact point between accounting offices (support • document delivery etc.)
-General affairs (consumables, purchase of equipment etc) etc.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills:English Proficient
-Gender: Any
-Age: under 35
-Experience in Sales of Insurance company
-Knowledge of Insurance service.
-
Preferable Requirements
-Experience in Sales of Japanese Company
-Certificate: Non-life or life insurance agent certificate holds

Desirable Character:
Communication skill
-Understanding of new start-ups company
