Position: SALES Manager - Trading

Contract Term: Temporary (after 6month will be change permanent contract)

Work Location: HCMC
Work Time: Monday-Friday (8:30~17:30)
Salary Range: Gross 1000-1500 USD /Per Month
Allowance(s): Parking Fee, Business trip allowance (from over 100km)
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year
Benefit(s): Kinds of Insurance based on Vietnamese Law
Selection Process: Two rounds
Others: career path as Director of Ho chi minh Branch

JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Manager
The Rep Office currently have 03 people: 1 Japanese Manager & 2 Vietnamese Sales & Sales support, Admin
Job Responsibilities:
-Doing Business Development, looking for new Clients, making appointments with Clients by telephone, email…
-Developing and building relationships with Clients.
-Following up ordering process and delivering products to Clients.
-Taking care after sales by going out and meet clients anyway.
-Solving troubles or any enquiries between Clients and Suppliers.
-Taking business trip:
•Mainly go to industrial parks in HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Vung Tau (1time / 2-3month),
•Sometime go to Hai Phong or Hanoi about 1 - 2 times a month. (depending on Client situation)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirement
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skills: English Proficient　Japanese is an advantage
-Experience in Sales
-Working at least 03 years at 01 company. Candidates who only worked in 1 or 2 years and moved to other companies will be rejected.
-Gender: until middle 30s
-Age: Any
-
Preferable Requirements
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Sales working experience trading companies/ Manufacturing companies.

Desirable Character
-Personality: Hardworking, Sales oriented, dare to take new challenge.
