仕事詳細
- Each engineer will be responsible for managing different customer accounts
- PreSales to PostSales related to IT service provision, including:
- Consult about IT solutions according to customer requirements, Sales department's requirements.
- Make sales documents and IT solutions (such as Network system, Server system, Virtualization, Backup, PBX, Storage, Mail, Firewall, Database ...) - - Make relevant documents for project implementation such as schedule, parameter settings, deployment diagram ...
- Monitor, manage and incorporate contractors (suppliers) to deploy projects to each customer.
- Regularly update, report process and results of deployment (installation) to customers, business departments and management levels.
- Schedule maintenance and periodic onsite customer support.
Essential requirements :
- Graduated from university, major in Information Technology.
- Have knowledge and experience in deploying IT solutions
- Have minimum knowledge about network and server such as CCNA, VCA, VCP ...
- Willing to work overtime, or travel to provinces when necessary
- English conversation level
- Ability to work in groups and independently.
