* Job Responsibilities
- Manage department as Vietnamese director's partner
- Make a trial and drop it to the workers for new products
- Provide instructional education on site
* Essential Requirement:
- Experience in machine or machine parts manufacturer
- Japanese skill (business class)
* Preferable Requirement:
- Experience in welder
- Experience in manufacturing plant
- Technical capabilities in manufacturing
