Technical Engineering Staff

Working in a team of 5 members
Report directly to Vietnamese Manager.

- Overview: pre/post-sales support and Quality Assurance of Business Imaging Solutions' network multi function printing software, firmware and hardware.
- Print Management Systems implementation and support
- Preparation of relevant technical documentation (e.g. operation manual) for solutions/software
- Conducting issue investigations on case escalations via Desktop Remote/Telephone/Email/On-site support.
- Liaise with company international partner or 3rd parry on technical support issues.
- Support for external and internal customer facing events, do presentation, testing, demonstration and POC, etc.
- Documents all investigations and information in appropriate databases.
Keeps all support personnel up-to-date while the investigation is in progress.


Essential Requirements:
- From 23-30 years old
- Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Management Information - Systems background with specific technical coursework.
- Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English.
- Good at logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Independent and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Windows systems (Client and Server), Network, VMware.
- Practical applied knowledge of Microsoft and standard network technologies.
- Working application knowledge of current versions of popular commercial software packages (i.e.: Office, Adobe,...).
- Working knowledge of common networking/communication protocols such as DNS, SNMP, SMTP, SMB, etc.
- This position requires ability to maintain organization and prioritization for project assignments.

Preferable Requirements:
- Working knowledge of current and upcoming versions of Mac OS. UNIX/LINUX, MS Exchange, MS SharePoint Server and SQL knowledge is a plus.
- An industry standard certification such as CMTP, MCTS, or a CCNA
- 1 relevant business experience or pre/post sales or equivalent experience
