Japanese Speaking -Operation staff -Manufacturing

■This position is a candidate for management in the future.
■Report to Vietnamese Manager and Japanese Manager
■Department to be assigned:
-After joining and training in Prec Vietnam for about 1～3 month,
relocating to Prec Japan. After working in Prec Japan for 2 to 3
years, going back to Prec Vietnam
Prec Japan Address: 8-5-6, Shinmachi, Ome city, Tokyo, 198-0024, Japan

■Job Responsibilities:
-Work on various tasks of the factory (Product inspection,
Production Control, Shipment, Heat treatment process, Management
and taking care about Vietnamese technical interns/ trainees etc…)
-Interpret and translate documents from Japanese to Vietnamese/
from Vietnamese to Japanese
-Report to Japanese Manager in Japanese

■Salary and Benefit in Japan:
　-Salary: Min Gross 200,000 JPY /Month
-Benefit: Company dormitory available (self-payment: 35,000 JPY
including utilities)

<Desirable Background & Experience>
■Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skills: Japanese N2 or more
-Gender: Female only
-Age: Under 26
-Be able to stay and work in Japan at least 2 year
-Be able to keep working in their Vietnamese company after training
　-Be able to use Office software (Word/Excel/Power Point)
■Preferable Requirements
-Fresh Graduates
　-Be able to stay and work in Japan for 3 years
-living in Vinh Phuc Area
