* Report to the Manager
* Manage 40 employees in Production Department
* Job descriptions:
- Experience in manufacturing companies.
- Prepare monitoring reports, production statistics.
- Recruitment, allocation and assessment of the performance of workers and subordinates.
- Plan on demand, coordination and rotation of equipment and materials
- Managing production, detecting, evaluating and overcoming product defects.
* Essential Requirements:
- Graduating from college or higher
- Male only, aged 30
- Foreign language does not need
- 5+ years of experience as Production Manager
* Preferable Requirements:
Candidates living in Binh Duong because there is no company bus.
