- Report line: Vietnamese manager
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients
- Advise clients
- Do conceptual design and basic design
- Negotiate with contractors and other professionals
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Make site visits to check on progress
- Main clients: Vietnamese company and Government
- Main projects: Buildings and Apartments

< Requirement >
- Bachelor's degree; Major in architect design or related subject
- English conversational level
- Age: 26-34
- From 3 years of working experience as architectural designer
- Gender: Any
- Basic skill of Auto CAD/3D MAX
- Basic skill of Excel, Word, Power Point
< Preferable >
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Japanese conversational level
- Basic skill of SketchUp／Revit／Lumion
- Having architect license
