仕事詳細
- Report to Japanese Factory Director cum CEO
- Assigned to Production Control Department, including around 10 members
- Directly work with Japanese clients on new inquiries to visualize new products (as sales tasks)
- Make production and purchasing plans
- Control semi-products ad inventory volume
- Manage warehouse activities and delivery schedule
- Supervise subordinates on their task performance and career development
- Build and enforce ISO, 5S... regulations throughout the factory
- Propose Kaizen ideas for productivity improvement
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Factory Director
* Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor
- Japanese: business level
- Computing: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 4+ years of work experience in Production Control Department of manufacturing companies with 2 years as management level
* Preferable Requirements:
- English: conversational level
- Experienced working for Japanese companies
