仕事詳細
- Directly report to Japanese Manager
- Assigned to Seminar team
- Team size: 1 JP, 0 VN
- Attend seminars held by many other parties at different places to learn about their organizing methods and get to know new guest speakers
- Find, select and invite guest speakers for weekly seminars based on each topic
- Schedule and hold seminars (at least once a week) at the company offices
- Create advertising brochures to be sent to the target attendants who are usually Vietnamese staff of Japanese corporate clients
- Conduct and collect surveys to be done at the end of each seminar for Kaizen purpose
- Contact new Japanese clients to introduce about the company service and ask them to send staff to the seminars
- All above tasks will be instructed and supported by Japanese Manager
* Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor
- Japanese: business level
- Age: 25-30
- 2+ years of work experience in any industry
- Understand and ok with the job nature of this position
* Preferable Requirements:
- English: conversational level
