Job Responsibilities
- In charge of purchasing raw materials for the company:
- Track and update prices
- Prepare PO / Contract and contact to confirm order information
- Track order status until receiving payment documents
- Check delivery documents and make payment
- Working together with departments: ordering, managing production, warehouse to ensure the order status meets the requirements
- Planning, sharing forecast for suppliers according to company needs.
- Grasp the quality of goods received and work with suppliers if there are quality problems, quantity arising.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- College Degree
- Female only
- Age: 24 - 30
- At least 2 years working experience as purchasing position for manufacturing company in any industry
- English: Conversational
- Have knowledge to monitor and manage the status of purchased goods.
- Price negotiation skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Candidates who have experience in foreign purchasing are highly consider
