<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for overall management of the project
- Manage schedule and budget control
- Do final reports and general coordination with clients & related parties
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, Japanese manager, architects, contractors, contracting civil engineers and clients
- Negotiate with clients
- Monitor and control all projects and solve issues if any
- Report summary and concerns about all the projects to the Japanese managements in timely manner
- Other tasks assigned by MD

- Working experience as a project manager
