Japanese Speaking - GA HR Manager – Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
・Support to establish Vietnamese office.; Arranging documents, submission and vender between Long Hau industrial Park consultant and HQ.
・Manage Vietnamese members of admin department. *It will be total 3 members.
・Attend web meeting with HQ.
・Recruit Vietnamese staffs with using job board/ agent.
・Go on business trip 1-2 times per year.
・Assist Japanese Director’s sales activity.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 27-35
・5 years or more over GA HR position at manufacturing company or Trading company.
・Management experience of 3 subordinates.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have knowledge of HR task.
・Have start up experience.
