- Support Japanese Director to follow-up and control existing and new projects for all Japanese clients
- Prepare meeting materials, proposals and assist in client presentation as well as communicate directly well with clients
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and build long-term customer relationship
- Closely communicate and coordinate with team members and all business partners to ensure smooth operation and service deliveries
- Other tasks are assigned and instructed by Japanese Director such as market research, JP document creative, Web Analyze report, WireFrame for Web creative in Japanese quality

- Education: Bachelor
- Japanese: fluent
- Computing: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- 1+ year of work experience as Executive Assistant in any industry

<Preferable Skills / Experience>
- English: business level
- Work experience and/or interest in digital marketing field
- Logically thinking, strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Super positive to learn new things
- Strong communication and consulting tactics with deep understanding about Japanese business culture
