仕事詳細
- Manage QC Dept of 10 staffs and workers
- Report to Japanese and Vietnamese Managers
- Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
- Supports the Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality matters.
- Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
- Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
- Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
- Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel.
- Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
Essential requirements :
- Age : 30-40
- English or Japanese conversational level
- Experiences in QC Manager position. ( In any factory is okay )
- Experience in solving claim from customers.
- Experience in building QC system to prevent defective product to flow to customer line.
- Leadership and team working skills within own area and across the business - Able to deal with multiple issues, tasks and priorities concurrently
