<Job Responsibilities>
・Main task:Communicate and make process with external ministries(HIZA, Bureau of Environment etc...)
・Interpret and translate documents Japanese⇔Vietnamese
・Deal GA task (Buy stuff for Office, Support Japanese, Booking Flight etc...)
・Sometimes this position needs to go Embassy, government agency
・Make any procedure related to Japanese staff (visa, work permit, ...)
・Other tasks are assigned and instructed by Japanese Director
