<Job Responsibilities>
Take responsibility on the assigned projects and work based on defined functions below:
- Solution Consulting
- Project Implementation & Management
- Operation & Maintenance on premium customers
- Maintain Customer Relationship
- Support Customer issues in SLA, responsibility with the best effort
- Give improvement in IT system and internal process
- Visit client regularly, mainly companies located in industrial zones such as in Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Hai Phong (business trip within the day)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Gender: Any (Female preferable)
- Age: from 23 to 35 years old
- Language: English basic level
- From 1 year as System Engineer in IT field
- Experienced in at least 3 technical skills below:
+ Network (Cisco; Juniper; Fortinet; Checkpoint; Palo Alto; etc.)
+ Server (IBM; HP; NEC; DELL; Fujitsu; etc.)
+ PABX (Panasonic; NEC; Avaya; etc.)
+ System (Microsoft; Symantec; VMware; Acronis; etc.)
+ Cloud (Enterprise/Public/Private Cloud Solutions; Mail/Web Hosting; etc.)
+ Security (Vulnerability Assessment; Managed Security Services; etc.)
+ Access Line (MPLS; Internet Lease Line; FTTH; etc.)
***For female candidates, fresh graduate is acceptable, no need to have experience in the above skills
