<Job Responsibilities>
- Liaise with local authorities on matters related to Labor such as Labor registration, compulsory Social, Health & Unemployment insurance.
- Maintain office equipment, stationery. Ensure office cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare the Work permit, Temporary residence card for foreign staff and accompanying relatives.
- Assist expatriates with relocation, visa application, housing, mobile phone.
- Arrange car/ air ticket for marketing staff to meet the Dealer.
- Find the good supplier, vendors and manage them to ensure quality and efficiency.
- HR Turnover report to Head Quarter every month.
- Organize recruitment at the request of the Management/ Hiring manager.
- Process On boarding, annual leave records, time attendant, pay slip, probation review and salary annual review.
- Manage and organize HR activities such as Induction, company team building, Year-end party, workshop, training, annual health-check.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Female only, under 30 year-old.
- Speaking and Writing in both English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- At least 02 years experiences in HR operation & General Affair
- Good at C&B and Recruitment, at least 1 year experience.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Hard working, responsible, careful, honest, detailed-oriented.
- Good communication, teamwork spirit
