<Job Responsibilities>
・Look for new partner company which provide Building Automation or Saving Energy Device
・Make new network in Factory zone using own connection
・Choose target company and make sales plan for business developing
・Sales activity for existing and potential clients in the industrial park and non-residential building-office, hotel, hospital, and event center.
・Provide building automation system, energy saving system, LED lights, energy calculator, and energy saving auditing. (In the future, EMS package soft, BMC package soft and building construction designing will be part of the company service products)
・Understand client demand to provide the best solutions.
・Visit client, book hotel and flight, create cost estimate sheet, make a contract, and collect service fee.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender:Any
・Education:Bachelor degree
・Age:28-38 years old
・Language: English Conversational level
・Having more than 3 years sales engineer experience one of product below.
(Building Automation, HVAC Automation control system, BMS(Building Management Systems), EMS(Energy Management Systems, SCADA・PLC)
・Being able to use Auto CAD
・Having connection and network with general contractor、sub‐contractor, architect designer, general trading company and consulting etc.
