***Hanoi is the Head Office, and currently, there are 2 members in the IT team. One is in charge of the overall operation, particularly the core insurance system, the other is in charge of IT infrastructure. The company is seeking for another one in applications, who supports the core insurance system and develop other front-end as business requirement
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support end-users that may have questions, concerns or problems with the applications
- Train users on applications, new features, and changes
- Provide assistance with quality assurance planning and testing
- Organizing, reviewing, updating or creating technical support and end-user documentation
- Analyzing users requirements for validity and feasibility
- Active participation in functional and technical design improvement discussions
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Miscellaneous tasks and assignments necessary for system support and maintenance

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields
- Gender Any
- Age from 25 - 35 years old
- English business level
- Basic knowledge & skills on IT: Software structure, data structure, technologies/applications/ IT platforms
- From 2 years of experience in application Support and Testing in any industry
- Have knowledge on Software and Testing process (Unit test, Integration test, Functional test, System test, Acceptance test,…)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of insurance is a plus
