<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain relationships with current automotive customers at all stages of sales by providing customer service
- Monitor the flow of sales operations, from sales order, delivery and collection.
- Collaborate with sales team and other abroad sections to understand customers' requirements and provide sales support.
- Negotiate with customers, solving any customers' concerns and ensure deadlines.
- Supporting marketing by monitoring business trends and attending trade shows, conferences or events related to automotive industry.
- Take business trip to manufacturing base in Malaysia to negotiate on quality & delivery issues (if necessary).
* CDD will go to Malaysia for training after joining for 2 days or more
