<Job Responsibilities>
Overall management, monitoring, and assurance of quality for Refrigerator Products:
• Find solutions for continuous QMS improvement
• Set up the system to visualize and analyze quality control index at real-time
• Conduct quality training activities and inform the quality principles of the company for QA members to strengthen human resources
• Make Quality Business Plan (QBP) on a monthly, yearly and periodical basis.
• Manage quality of new model development and manage all ISO activities
• Cooperate with related departments to solve quality issues and promote kaizen activities
• Perform quality investigation reflected by market quality information

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- University degree with Technical major (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
- Age from 29 to 37 years old
- Gender any
- More than 5 years’ experience in QA/QC position, at least 3 year in QA/ QC management position in a foreign manufacturing company or having management experience in Electronics and/or machinery industry
- Good Japanese ability (N3 & up) and can communicate in English (conversational)
- Strong understanding 7 QC Tools
- Experience in analyzing market claims and feedback
- Strong leadership, quick action and logical thinking
