<Job Responsibilities>
The Accounting and Tax Manager will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
- Work closely with clients to maintain strong relationships with key decision makers as well as accounting staffs of clients;
- Supervise, assist and review work of inferiors including juniors and seniors; manage the quality of the allocated services and report to or consult with the BOM in case of necessity;
- Provide accounting reports to clients in a timely manner;
- Ensure the clients’ financial statements are compliant with local standards and regulations, as well as clients’ requirements (internal/group required templates);
- Assist clients in co-operation with external (independent) audit; liaise with government authorities if necessary;

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- University graduate with a major in Accounting - Auditing (or equivalent);
- Over 5 years work experience in a professional accounting practice;
- Strong technical knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations;
- Proficient at accounting software and office tools (excel, word, power point);
- Fluent in English communications;
- A qualified certificate is preferred (CPA, ACCA).
