<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform operations of import and export activities of the factory
- Making documents related to import and export
- Declaring customs declaration and import customs declaration on Vnaccs software
- Contact the Bank about payment procedures: TT, L/C
- Contact shipping company to get booking and train schedule for shipment
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Graduated from university specialized in foreign trade / import / export / economy
- At least 1 year working experience about im-ex in any industry
- Understanding of import and export procedures
- Basic understanding of international trade conditions and international payment methods
- Knowledge of legal documents regular customs procedures
- English at business level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 24 - 30
- Proficient in MS
- Can use ECUS5 or VNACCS software
- Planning skills, Presentation skills
