As the general manager (GM), He needs to manage staffs of manufacturing departments
・there is a Manager for each section,basically this position manages the Managers.
・Get report from section managers, give advice to them how to solve problem
・Report to Japanese Director and Headquarter about production situation
・Discuss and Make new products manufacturing method, cooperating with material department
・Promote new products project efficiently following to product schedule
・Visit Supplier and client about quality related topic

・Language: English and Japanese Conversational level
