<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible for the entire accounting department
- Cash control/Petty cash and Payment request
- Tax/Personal income tax and risk management
- Handling Payroll system.
- Audit & SOX
- Prepare business report including BS, PL, cash flow and sales forecast with support by JP Management
- Bank reconciliation
- Contract management
- Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
- Determine fixed costs
- Plan and record variable costs
- Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
- Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Report to Japanese Headquarter
- Other task that assigned from management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:35-45 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting related Major
・Language: English Business level
・The person who has experience in Cost Accounting
・More than 3 years experience in Accounting Field in Japanese Manufacturing Company
・More than 3 years working experience as Chief Accountant
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・language: Japanese conversational level
・The person who lives in Bach Ninh
・Have certification of Chief Accountant
