仕事詳細
• The candidate needs to know how to build up, design and set up the standard requirements of product quality checking.
• Ensure our product quality meet customer’s standard requirement before shipment.
• Give out the treatment method for NG products, policy or system to minimizing NG products coming out.
• Build up quality target and implementation plan as monthly, quarterly and yearly strategies.
• At the mass production stage, the candidate needs to monitor and control the whole quality, especially from sample making until final finished product after shipment.
• Contact, communication, and feedback to customers all incoming issues related to DYVN’s quality.
• Implementation of ISO system and ensure our workflow follows ISO standard
• Report to Top Management about update quality situation, recovery & innovation plans for next month or next quarter.
• Supervision and training of local workers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 28-35. Gender: Any
- Education: College diploma of mechanical or technical fields
- Language: Conversational level in English or Japanese.
- Experience: At least 5 years of QC experience, have leader experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- General knowledge of Metalworking machines and quality management or ISO system will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skill and willing to cooperate with the team
- A drive to know and study more in the future
