<Job Responsibilities>
・To coordinate and work closely with clients and technical team and sales team
・Provide general support/solution/suggestion to customers
・Receive requirements/ complaints
・Arrange repair to technical team *It is possibility to be at evening and on weekend
・Make estimate
・Make report document about repair
・Translate technical documents
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 23-32
・At least 1 year’s working experience as sales/ assistant/ admin in any industry
・Experience of work with Japanese Native person
